Xero [ASX: XRO] was founded in 2006 by Rod Drury and Hamish Edwards in Wellington, New Zealand. It’s for small to medium sized businesses and has features like invoicing, payroll, expense management and real time financials.
Xero integrates with hundreds of third party apps so you can streamline your business across finance, inventory and customer relationship management. It’s available on any device with an internet connection so you can manage your business finances anywhere.
Since then Xero has grown to millions of subscribers worldwide with a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and North America. It listed on the ASX in 2018.
Xero has an app store called the “Xero App Store (US)” where you can find a range of third party integrations. The Xero App Store connects the core Xero accounting software to a wide range of business tools so you can customise your software setup to suit your business needs. The integrations cover CRM, payroll, invoicing and reporting.
With the Xero App Store you can add more to Xero by adding apps that offer extra functionality. The directory includes Xero developed integrations and third party solutions so you can manage different parts of your business finance and operations.
